2. Products & Orders
We manufacture and sell:
- Roofing products: Aluzinc, IBR, Self-lock, roofing accessories, and fixing materials.
- Tissue products: Kitchen towels and toilet rolls under brands like Odeefourba, King 1, King 2, and King Kon.
- Some products are custom-made and built to order. Once production begins, the order cannot be changed or canceled.
3. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment options:
- Paystack (Mobile Money)
- Cash Payments
- Direct Bank Transfer
4. Delivery & Pick-Up
- Delivery available within Kumasi and across Ghana.
- Users may also pick up from our main office.
- Standard delivery timeline: 1–5 working days, depending on the order volume.
4. Returns & Refunds
- Orders cannot be returned or refunded once production has started.
- If production hasn’t started, cancellation must be requested within 2 hours of payment.

- You agree not to misuse our website or services. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate our policies.
